Since 2016, Béatrice has been eager to experiment with creating a white wine with notes from elsewhere. That's why she decided to plant different grape varieties such as Sauvignon Gris, produced in Vin de France, to let her imagination and heart speak. A niche cuvée, only 3000 bottles were produced for the 2023 vintage. Attention, this wine is often a victim of its own success.
